About Your Coach
I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (an NCCA designation) , Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES), and an ACE Certified Functional Training Specialist. I train my clients through Taurus Fitness club in West Vancouver (a beautiful gym by the ocean, where you do not need to be a member to train with me) or I also conveniently offer mobile training where I can come to your home or apartment gym.
