Meet Terry Michael Lakusta – Your Dedicated Fitness Coach at TML Fitness
Welcome! I’m Terry, a 61- year-young personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and well-being. Born and raised locally, I’ve spent over two decades as a welder and steel worker, which taught me the critical importance of staying fit both for professional efficacy and personal health.
As a proud father to two teenage daughters active in competitive dance and sports, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact of tailored fitness regimes on young athletes. My wonderful wife, a former nurse turned personal trainer, specializes in women’s health and fitness through her business, “Own Your Health.” Together, we’re a family that not only prioritizes health but also lives it every day.
Location of Services
I am an independent trainer in a beautiful gym by the ocean in West Vancouver - Taurus Fitness Club. You do not need to be a gym member to train there with me.
I also offer mobile services to your home or home/apartment or office gym.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, holding accreditation from the NCCA, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (TBMM-CES) and an ACE Certified Functional Training Specialist.Personal Approach:
